Heavier than I thought they would be which is a good thing. They feel indestructible and fit my large hands well. I used them for the first time and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger on the deal.

They are extremely high quality and came very quickly after I placed the order. I don't know why I waited so long in order to replace the low quality handles that I had. These handles let me focus on the exercise I'm trying to do rather than cope with a low quality handle.

Great alternative to the gyms plastic handles. they are solidly made and the design means that you can focus upon executing the exercise, rather than the focusing upon trying to stop the old plastic grips slipping.

A solid, versatile piece of equipment in both configurations. It feels like it will last a life time (it should certainly see me out for another 20 years). Coupled this with my C20 and the upgrade is very noticeable when hitting your side and rear delts. It's my favourite go-to for cable hammer curls now. I have a large grip and this is very comfortable for me to hold.
I used these to replace my grips on my bands and live them .it gives me extra power when doing curls ,etc.

Great D ring handles. So solid. Feel like they will last forever. Great rotating, smooth, well textured grip. Bringing them to the gym to use instead of the slippery plastic cheapies. Very good value as well.

a sturdy handle is all it takes to make some exercises to have more effect on the muscle involved. Tricep pushdowns (on a cable) are causing far more mechanical tension in the triceps!
