Great addition to my routine for wrists and forearms!! The collar for the weights is a little tough to clamp down, but will conform!!

Great product. Dumbell wrist curls just wasn't cutting it.
Great product and has a real added benefit to my grip and forearm training
Being about an 11ga (1/8" think) steel tubing it is very light by it's self. The plate loading is about middle of the bar instead of end loaded. Making mechanically balanced for most forearm S.E.D. dumbell exercises, a disadvantage. But it does a great job for for wrist extension and wrist flexion exercises when holding the ball end with the bar between your middle and ring finger. It's wide ball does give a good finger grip strength exercise. Again I just wish there was a way to load plates out toward the end of the bar and be a little longer.
This is perfect to exercise my grip and forearms. It'll definitely get a lot of use. Very fast delivery and easy transaction. Thank you very much!

Somewhat serves the purpose. I ordered 2 of these and one of them was assembled incorrectly as it’s missing the lock. Not too sure about the choice of plastic as it feels brittle as though it could break with repetitive use.

As an experienced trainer, this tool was necessary to train an overlooked group of muscles for optimal training regarding the “pull” muscles. great exercise tool, unfortunately I cannot add any weights because the bottom part is too big for the discs I have but it works for rehab for my broken wrist.
The Collar does not have enough grip. The bar should be a bit thicker and more rough.

great tool, added to the arsenal as I try to rehab both wrists. very simple device, provides a certain amount of work without even adding a plate. great for working and increasing movement and range of motion. really glad I got it. Thanx for the good product, U-Clip
Its good for wrist work, rotating etc. But when I put even 1 25kg plate on it for grip work, it slides straight off.
